Who can use it

SoftAscend is for ages 13 and up. You give your age when you first open the app.

You may upload photos of yourself or of another adult. You are responsible for having the right to use the photos you upload. A face that looks under 18 is analysed only on accounts of people under 18.

What the score is

Your score is a subjective AI opinion of how you present in the photos you upload. It is not a measure of your worth. This is an AI estimate based on your photos. It is not medical advice.

SoftAscend gives no medical or surgical advice.

Your photos are deleted as soon as the analysis ends. The privacy policy explains what we keep.

What you buy

A plan gives you access to scans and the plans built from them inside SoftAscend. Payments are made in Telegram Stars inside Telegram only; SoftAscend takes no card or crypto payments and links to no outside payment page.

• Weekly: 100 Stars, one-time, for 7 days. 5 scans in those 7 days. It does not renew; in its last 2 days you can renew it, and the new week starts when the current one ends. If you buy Monthly or Yearly during a weekly pass, the new plan starts at once and the days left on the week are not carried over.
• Monthly: 250 Stars every 30 days. 20 scans every 30 days. It renews automatically every 30 days until you cancel it, at the price it started with.
• Yearly: 1,000 Stars, one-time, for 365 days. 20 scans every 30 days. It does not renew; in its last 7 days you can renew it, and the new year starts when the current one ends.

Every plan allows up to 3 scans per 24 hours. Scans that end with an error or need new photos do not count.

Renewal and cancellation

You can cancel the monthly renewal at any time in SoftAscend (Plans tab). You keep access until the end of the period you paid for, and no more Stars are taken. You can resume it before the period ends. Deleting your account (/delete or Settings) also cancels the renewal.

Refunds and support

All purchases are final and non-refundable. The plan you buy starts as soon as the payment is confirmed, and by paying you agree that it starts at once and that you cannot cancel it for a refund. Only two kinds of payment are refunded: a payment we cannot apply (for example a link paid twice), which is refunded automatically, and a refund the law where you live requires. When a payment is refunded, the plan it paid for ends. For help with a purchase, contact support through /paysupport.

Purchases are supported by SoftAscend, not by Telegram. Telegram support and bot support cannot help with purchases made in this bot.

We may update these terms and the prices. Changes apply to purchases made after they are published here.
