Your photos

Your photos are deleted right after analysis. To read them, we send them over an encrypted connection to an outside AI service: an AI model from a large AI company, reached through the RouterAI gateway. It is used only to read the photos and send back the labels; we do not ask it to keep them. While a scan waits in the queue the photos are kept in a temporary folder on our server, and they are deleted as soon as the analysis ends, whatever the outcome. Anything left over is removed within an hour. Photos are never stored in our database, written to logs or shown to anyone.

To spot the same photos being uploaded again, we keep short fingerprints of each photo (hashes) with the scan. A photo cannot be rebuilt from them.

What we keep

• Your Telegram user ID, username and language, and the display name you choose in Settings.
• The age you chose when you first opened the app.
• When you confirmed the consent box (that you have the right to use the photos, and that you agree to the Terms and this policy).
• Your text results, your history and your plan progress.
• For each scan: the photo fingerprints above and a scrambled form of your network address (a salted hash), used for the daily limits.
• The labels the model read from your photos, for 30 days, to check the quality of the analysis. Then they are erased.
• A short record of what you did in the app (for example opening the bot, starting a scan or viewing the plans).
• Messages you send to support, for 90 days.

Your results stay in your account until you delete it.

We never share or sell your data

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with advertisers, data brokers or analytics services. The one outside service that sees your photos is the AI service that reads them (above), and only for that. SoftAscend has no trackers. Telegram carries the bot's messages and your Star payments, as the platform you use SoftAscend in.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account and results at any time: send /delete to the bot or use Settings in the app. That deletes your profile and display name, your scans, results, history and plan progress, your support messages, any photos still waiting in the queue, and your plan. An active monthly renewal is canceled first.

Payment records are kept after that, for refunds and accounting: your numeric Telegram user ID, the plan, the amount in Stars and Telegram's payment reference. They are no longer linked to a profile. They also keep the one-time trial pass from being bought a second time.
